FREE DELIVERY to all Canadian destinations!
These are the best quality "extra" classified fresh French whole Perigord black truffles (tuber melanosporum), shipped overnight from France for use in your culinary masterpieces! Enjoy the exotic flavour and aroma that only fresh truffles can provide!
Currently available for delivery in Canada only. Priced per gram. A typical truffle is 35 grams.
When ordering, select your desired volume range to determine pricing (minimum 30 grams), then enter your desired quantity in grams. We will use our best efforts to fulfill your order as close to that quantity as possible, and not less, with overages billed upon order fulfillment. For example if your desired quantity is 60 grams, and the available supply is two 35 gram truffles, then your order will be filled by supplying two truffles with total grams of 70, rather than 1 truffle of 35 grams and your invoice will reflect the 70 grams supplied (we will contact you for your approval prior to shipping). Given the natural state of the truffles and fluctuations in supply it is a challenge to fulfill orders to the exact gram, however we will do our best.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of truffles all shipments will be made with a priority service level. Orders placed prior to Sunday will be intended to be delivered Friday of the following week.

I'm so glad I found this site and got my order before the season ended.  Really complex flavour that stays with you the entire evening.  This was my first time trying real truffles and I now know what all the fuss is about!  I should have ordered more...

truffles March 8, 2013

I found these pleasantly intoxicating.  They're much more complex and subtle than the artificially flavoured oils I've tried.
I made made risotto and it was a hit- the whole house smelled like truffle when I was done!
I served a bottle of  5 yr old Spanish wine with it, but I think it needs older wine (10+ years) and maybe French to be the best match.
I'm already thinking of my next truffle meal...

I must say I was overwhelmed, and quite pleasantly so.  I've not had a truffle experience like that in any restaurant.  I'll look forward to December in anticipation.

Fresh truffles February 16, 2013
Reviewer: Stephen Renwick from Toronto, ON Canada
I have had preserved truffles in the past, which I enjoyed, but when a friend told me about the fresh French truffles Fine and Gourmet was offering I couldn't resist the opportunity to try fresh truffles.
I was amazed.  My wife and I couldn't believe the intensity of the aroma... truly exquisite.
Needless to say it made our meal incredibly memorable and I won't be using preserved truffles any more.
