Products are shipped via Fedex at a service level appropriate to product and climate, in most cases this will necessitate overnight or express shipping. Vinegar products can be shipped via ground service if freezing is not likely during the winter months.
 
Unopened non-perishable items can be returned for a full refund to our mailing address via signature required courier service.  Please notify us by email to customerservice@fineandgourmet.com prior to returning items so that we may begin processing your refund without delay.
